How Listo Design House works

Services provided

Listo provides product strategy, websites and client portals, software and SaaS workflows, dashboards, automation and AI-assisted systems, digital operations, reporting, documentation, brand systems and related project support. Engagements are scoped through proposals, statements of work, service agreements and invoices.

Where services are sold

Services are marketed and sold directly through this website, referrals, email, professional networks and direct client relationships. Work is delivered remotely to clients in the United States and selected international markets. Listo’s primary operating base is Kansas City, Missouri, United States.

Inventory and fulfillment

Listo sells professional and digital services, not physical goods, and therefore does not maintain a warehouse or physical stock. Fulfillment consists of consulting, design, software configuration, digital deliverables, access to agreed systems and ongoing administrative or technical support.

Third-party suppliers and platforms

Projects may use established third-party hosting, domain, software, analytics, payment, communications, design, development, automation and AI platforms. These vendors support delivery but do not replace Listo’s responsibility for the services it agrees to perform. Approved third-party expenses may be paid directly by the client or billed as documented project costs.

Legal and payment entity

Listo Design House is an operating name of Show Me Costa Rica - Alien Tica Surfista - Smart Shelf Concepts LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, Charter No. LC001599283. Contracts, invoices and payments for Listo services are administered by that company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment covers only the services, deliverables, licenses and usage rights stated in the applicable written agreement. Ownership of client deliverables and Listo’s reusable technology is governed by that agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
