Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Listo Design House collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal information through its public websites, inquiries, business relationships and services that refer to it.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Listo Design House is operated by Show Me Costa Rica - Alien Tica Surfista - Smart Shelf Concepts LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, Charter No. LC001599283 (“Listo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Listo generally acts as the business or data controller for activities described here. When we process information only for a client, that client may be the controller or responsible business and its notice may apply.

Privacy contact: Michael@repuclaim.com. Public operating location: Kansas City, Missouri. We do not publish a residential address.

2. Scope

This Policy covers Listo’s business website, contact forms, project communications, client onboarding, invoices, support interactions and services that link to it. It does not control independent websites, platforms, payment services or client-operated systems with their own notices.

RepuClaim matters may involve sensitive evidence, identity, authorization or reputation information. Do not upload such material through a general form or ordinary email unless instructed. Ask for the designated secure intake or evidence channel.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business, role, email, telephone, location, account details, inquiry, project requirements, communications, approvals, feedback, files, billing contacts, transaction records, contracts and other information you choose to provide. Payment providers generally process card and bank details.

Information collected automatically

We may receive IP address, browser and device details, operating system, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate IP-derived location, session or account events, cookie identifiers, diagnostics and security signals.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from an employer, authorized representative, client, referral source, public business record, platform, service provider or another person you authorize. Authorized monitoring and research may collect relevant publicly available web content and identifiers; public availability is not permission for unrelated use.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate, quote, contract for, deliver, secure and support services; administer accounts; process payments; communicate project or case status; verify authority; prevent misuse; maintain records; improve workflows; diagnose problems; protect rights and safety; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend claims.

Where allowed, we may send relevant business updates. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method when required. Essential service, security, billing and account messages continue.

5. Legal bases for UK and European users

Where UK or European law applies, we rely on contract or requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations, vital interests in exceptional cases, consent where required, and legitimate interests not overridden by individual rights. Legitimate interests include operating and improving the business, responding to inquiries, securing systems, preventing fraud, maintaining records, protecting rights and communicating with existing business contacts.

6. AI-assisted and automated tools

Listo may use AI-assisted and automated tools for research, drafting, coding, design, classification, monitoring, quality assurance and operations. Information may be processed by contracted providers under their terms or Listo-directed terms. We aim to limit data to what is reasonably necessary and apply human review appropriate to the task and risk.

Listo does not use solely automated decision-making to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors. Tell us before submission if information has special confidentiality, data-location, model-use or vendor restrictions.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Listo sites may use essential cookies and local storage for security, authentication, sessions, preferences and core function. The current public portfolio does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral tracking. If non-essential analytics or performance technologies are activated, Listo will update its notice and provide consent controls where required. Browser controls may impair functions if essential technologies are blocked. See our Cookie Notice for details.

8. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to providers supporting hosting, databases, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, payments, accounting, security, AI, development and professional services; to authorized personnel and client representatives; or to advisers and partners you request or authorize.

We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or misuse, protect rights and safety, or complete a protected business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Data retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose, engagement, security, disputes, legal holds and accounting or regulatory duties. Inactive inquiries may generally be retained up to 24 months after meaningful contact. Core contracts, invoices and payment records may be retained up to seven years or longer where required. Sensitive case and evidence data follows the applicable engagement, documented schedule, legal hold or case-specific instruction.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, which may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, provider controls, backups, logging and restricted file access. No system is completely secure. Protect credentials, use approved channels and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

11. International data transfers

Listo operates from the United States and works across international markets. Information may be processed in the United States and other provider or contractor locations. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or contractual and organizational safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements, approved standard clauses or the UK transfer addendum with appropriate supplementary measures.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on location and legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or explanation; object to certain processing or direct marketing; withdraw consent; and appeal or complain to a regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising protected rights.

Email Michael@repuclaim.com with subject “Privacy Request,” describing the right, information and service involved. We may verify identity, authority, account or relationship before responding.

13. California and other U.S. state disclosures

If a comprehensive state privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses and receive equal service. The categories, purposes, sources and recipients are described above. Listo does not sell personal information for money or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

14. UK and European complaints

UK and European users may have applicable data-protection rights and may complain to the supervisory authority where they live, work or where an alleged violation occurred. UK information is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.

15. Children

Listo’s business websites and professional services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information through general forms. If a service lawfully involves a minor, the responsible adult or authorized representative must contact us so appropriate authority and safeguards can be established.

16. Third-party links and client-operated services

Our sites may link to third-party sites, platforms, payment services or client-operated brands, whose own notices control. British Pest Authority is an operating brand of JAW Enterprises Ltd; Listo may develop or administer its technology, while privacy responsibility depends on the specific site, form and service.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as services, technology, providers or law change. The current version will show its effective date and we will provide additional notice before materially different uses where required.
